Refunds and Returns Policy

Response Time: We strive to respond within 24 hours on business days. Responses may be delayed on weekends or holidays.
Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please send photos of the unopened item within 14 days of receiving your order to bodytoglow@gmail.com. Once the package is verified, we will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Discounted Items:
Discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of a defective product.
Defective Items:
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, please contact us with:
- Your order number and the name of the defective item
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or a video illustrating the defect
Once the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item with the same one or issue a full refund.
Lost or Missing Packages:
If the package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we cannot issue a refund.
For packages lost in transit, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick it up, a reshipping fee of $9 will apply.
Packages returned for unforeseen reasons (such as customs issues) will be reshipped at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please try to do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, it may be difficult to stop the shipping process. If the package is already in transit, you can refuse delivery. If you accept delivery, please refer to our return policy.
Incorrect Products:
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Photos of the shipping label
- Images showing the SKU on the product packaging
- Photos of the product and its packaging
